The construction and reconstruction of a logistics center for TQM – holding s.r.o., in Opava next to the main highway in the direction towards Ostrava was delivered by our company as a turn-key-project.
This project included the construction of new administration and warehousing areas of the logistic center used for dispatching of goods and reconstruction of the existing hall. The reconstruction included dismantling of the original roof and wall cladding of the facilities and expanding the roof steel structure within the entire perimeter including the columns by +3,0 m in height to the final maximum height of the building of +14,2 m, together with the new roof and wall cladding.
The entire construction of the new sections and the complete reconstruction of the existing hall was implemented within just 8 months and with its total built-up area of almost 8593 m² it was clearly the largest project that we implemented in 2011.
