FEMONT OPAVA s.r.o. has been dealing with sheet metal flame cutting for more than 10 years. Our customers include major engineering companies as well as smaller manufacturers of steel structures. On the Vanad BLUESTER CNC flame cutting machine we are able to cut any shape from steel metal sheet with maximum dimensions according to the technical specification of the machine as per the customer’s requirements.
The quality of cutting surfaces is defined according to ČSN EN ISO 9013. We are able to declare the compliance with the requirements according to ČSN EN 10 160 for the shape flame-cut parts.
After flame cutting, the final surface treatment can be achieved on individual items according to the customer’s wish. We are able to grind sharp edges, remove scales, or blast whole shape flame cut parts.
We accept drawing documentation by e-mail in *.dwg, *.dxf and *.nc formats.
