This is the most common type of roof cladding enabling meeting the requirements for heat insulation and fire protection properties of the buildings. These panels offer a wide range of surface profiling and color schemes.

Roofs with a gradient of at least 7% use light roof panels with the surface made of varnished galvanized plates with heat insulation consisting either of solid polyurethane foam (PUR) or mineral wool. The top plate is trapezoidal and longitudinal joints of the panels are made by overlapping the edge wave. We use only the products of renowned companies that ensure long service life.

The thickness of insulation in case of PUR panels depends on the requirements for heat insulation properties; in case of mineral wool the standard thickness is between 150 and 200 mm to ensure proper heat insulation. The panel roof cladding is delivered with edging plates for the crest, gable, including fitting and sealing materials. The roofs have semicircular hung gutter hung on gutter hangers or rectangular hung gutter without inclination creating the aesthetic edge of the roof. The gutters are protected against damaging by sliding snow by continuous snow guards.

These panels are used for roof structures with minimum gradient with high demands for heat insulation properties.

Roofs with low gradient use light roof panels with the upper surface made by damp proofing foil, with heat insulation by PUR foam, and with the lower surface made by trapezoidal varnished plate. The panels are placed on purlins.

The advantage of roofs with very low gradient is that they usually do not have valleys. The attic of the wall cladding with a height of at least 150 mm overlaps the edge of the roof cladding and the roof needs only inlets to the internal drainage piping. The system inlets are fused -n directly on the cover foil. Gutters in the valleys between the roofs are eliminated as well and connections between the roof cladding and openings for skylights and penetrations for installations are significantly simplified which improves functional reliability of these roofs.

These panels are used mainly for roofs with very low gradient with increased fire resistance. They consist of the loadbearing part made by trapezoidal loadbearing plates, then from the parts ensuring heat insulation and fire protection insulation and also from Damp proofing foil, asphalt covering.

Roof cladding of facilities without the requirement for heat insulation properties is made of trapezoidal plates. This system is used mainly for industrial and agricultural warehousing facilities. Roof trapezoidal plates are rolled of galvanized plates and they have color coating. The color scheme can be selected from a wide range of colors.
